Q: Am I allowed to bring a guest?
A: Yes, we allow occasional guests, such as visiting relatives or individuals wanting to try out the facility.
Q: How is the court schedule managed?
A: The court schedule is organized on a monthly basis. Players will receive an email to submit their preferred times. Please provide three different time options in descending order (with your most preferred time listed first). This helps ensure you get a scheduled time that works for you. Once the schedule is finalized, a follow-up email will be sent to confirm.
Q: How can I request a court after the court schedule is finalized?
A: Court requests should be sent to kcc-indoor-court@googlegroups.com.
Q: Are my requested time slots guaranteed?

Q: What if there is an open time slot available?
A: If an open time slot becomes available, email kcc-indoor-court@googlegroups.com to request it.

Q: How can I confirm if my request is approved?
A: If you email the group and don't receive a response, your request is approved. However, if someone lets you know that the request has already been taken, it means it's no longer available.
Q: What if I can’t make my time slot?
A: If you cannot make your time slot, please email kcc-indoor-court@googlegroups.com and notify the group.
Q: What if someone cancels their time slot and I want it?

Q: How can I turn on the heat in the winter?
